The OLCC is seeking a full-time Compliance Specialist 3 (Program Compliance Specialist) with the Marijuana Program.
The purpose of this position is to develop the standards and procedures for licensing and regulating marijuana businesses in Oregon. This position also trains and oversees the work of the marijuana regulatory staff, evaluates the effectiveness of the licensing and compliance functions, and conducts investigations on the most complex or sensitive cases.
